Fair warning, though: you probably won't be able to get the socket and lock nut apart again by hitting it with a hammer. Then put a breaker bar on the socket and you should be able to turn it loose. If you just need the lock nuts off and don't want to re-use them, take a 19mm socket, put it over the lock nut, and hammer it, hard, onto the locknut.
